Belle Property’s Northern Beaches franchise now numbers eight offices within its ownership structure, which the brand touted as the “region’s largest real estate network”.
Last week, the network finished the integration of its latest offices in Avalon and Seaforth/Frenchs Forest, expanding the Belle Property Northern Beaches coverage to a new total of 52 suburbs.
Director at Belle Property Northern Beaches, Brendan Pomponio, said unifying the network followed the new trend of buyer and seller engagement in the property market.
“People don’t just transact in a single suburb; they move within a lifestyle region,” Pomponio said.
“By operating as one business rather than as individual offices, we’re able to anticipate demand, track market sentiment, and connect buyers and sellers with more informed choices,” he explained.
Belle Property Northern Beaches’ expanded network now comprises over 120 real estate professionals and a property management portfolio of more than 3,000 properties across residential, commercial and project sales.
The completion of the new multi-office structure also coincides with the appointment of sales agents Matt Brady and Greg Griffin as new partners who will help to lead the expanded network.
The brand noted that agents in Manly, Dee Why, Mona Vale, Seaforth, Avalon, Terrey Hills, and Frenchs Forest will collaborate and benefit from shared data, listings and opportunities.
As part of the network’s growth, Belle Property Northern Beaches has also begun hosting fortnight in-room auctions to centralise listings from its fleet of offices.
Pomponio said the Northern Beaches network has created an auction environment that “fosters real competition”, which he said has been “key to securing strong sales outcomes”.
“Our in-room strategy has delivered an 83 per cent clearance rate throughout March, well above the Sydney-wide average of 58 per cent, by ensuring properties are exposed to the broadest pool of active buyers,” he said.
Additionally, the newly unified network is already working to increase its Northern Beaches market share from 19 per cent to 40 per cent over the coming two years.
While the network continues to grow, Pomponio emphasised that personalised services and local expertise will remain priorities.
“Growth doesn’t mean losing what makes us different or what has got us to where we are,” Pomponio said.
“We’re still delivering the same boutique-level experience, now backed by greater scale, technology, and the depth of insights that only a truly unified network can provide,” he concluded.
