Harcourts Victoria has announced that Rachel Atkin has stepped up as an academy performance coach.
Currently serving as the head of property management at the Harcourts Victoria State Office, Atkin’s new role will begin on 1 April, allowing her to oversee all academy training sessions from the organisation’s head office.
With two decades of experience in the real estate sector, Atkin will deliver Harcourts Academy’s training programs throughout the network.
Atkin began her career in the advertising media industry before transitioning to property management, where she exceeded business growth targets and client satisfaction.
Her expertise in rent roll growth, client retention, negotiation and conflict resolution led to her appointment as the head of property management at Harcourts Victoria.
In 2024, Atkin was recognised as one of the Top 50 Australian Residential Real Estate Industry Influencers by Elite Agent, in the People’s Choice category.
Additionally, as a RiSE influencer, ambassador of the RiSE Movement, and a qualified mental health first aider, Atkin integrates compassion and collaboration in her work.
Her commitment to empowering others has led to her recent appointment as the Inspirational Women Ambassador for Harcourts Victoria in 2025.
Adam Fiteni, chief executive officer of Harcourts Victoria, said Atkin was a key player in the company.
“Her unwavering energy and love for the Harcourts brand will make a significant impact on anyone who comes through the Academy classroom,” he said.
Atkin said she was looking forward to stepping into the role of academy performance coach while continuing her current position at Harcourts Victoria.
“I’m excited by the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and make a positive impact in the industry. I look forward to delivering industry-leading training across the state.”
