Harcourts has announced the integration of Harcourts Property Specialists to oversee Perth’s South Lake and Shelley regions as its franchise network grows.
The move, led by seasoned real estate agents Victor Paz and Kristy Clymo, marks the expansion of Harcourts in Western Australia, with the duo bringing their strong connection to the local Perth community.
Paz, a real estate veteran since 1994, founded his first office LJ Hooker Willetton in 2003.
He later expanded with two other offices in Shelley and South Lake in 2012 and 2015, respectively, rebranding as LJ Hooker Southern Residential WA – Willetton branch.
After over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Paz will use his expertise in managing and selling residential properties as the director and licensee of Harcourts Property Specialists.
Clymo, Harcourt’s head of operations, who started her property journey in 1999, has worked alongside Paz since 2003 as the branch manager of his LJ Hooker agency.
Paz and Clymo said Harcourts’ strong growth, training resources, and local support were key factors in their decision to merge with the company.
“We were seeking a franchise that could support the future growth of our team, and Harcourts, with its extensive training academy and local head office, aligns perfectly with our ambitions,” Clymo said.
“We admire the energy Harcourts brings, as well as the direction of the franchise group in WA.”
Paz said that after committing 22 years to the LJ Hooker franchise, the pair were excited to change it up.
“We are excited about joining a winning brand which we believe will give our team new energy, new ideas, and new growth as we push forward to the next 22+ years in business,” Paz said.
Harcourts Property Specialists features a multicultural team with members from diverse backgrounds, including El Salvador, China, Italy, England, Scotland, and New Zealand.
The team has been recognised for achievements in property management growth, sales productivity, and industry leadership.
“During our time in business, we have received many accolades for growth in property management, most productive sales team, top office support, franchise owner of the year, and marketing and property manager of the year,” Paz said.
“We have also become recognised for acquiring rent rolls to grow our property management department while continuing to support impactful charities.”
Paz said that the expansion of Harcourts Property Specialists demonstrates the franchise’s continuous dedication to growth, innovation, and support of like-minded professionals to reach their goals.
