Stone Real Estate has reinforced its presence across NSW by acquiring two new offices in New Lambton and Merewether.

The two offices will join the network under the leadership of David Tanchevski, principal of the Stone Real Estate Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Toukley & Hunter group.

Over the past seven years, Tanchevski has expanded the Stone brand across seven offices, spanning from the Hunter Valley to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and Toukley, making his group the largest geographical territory within the Stone network.

These two offices have increased Tanchevski’s total rent roll to over 2,500 managements, marking a significant milestone in the agency’s growth strategy.

Tanchevski said that he and his team are looking forward to the next chapter with the opening of the two new offices.

“The synergy between our existing team and the incoming offices is strong – there’s a real buzz among staff about what we’re building together. Everyone is energised by the direction we’re heading,” Tanchevski said.

Renowned industry veteran Sean Redpath will also join Stone Real Estate as a partner.

Redpath has been the principal and licensee holder of the McGrath Newcastle City office since it opened in 2011.

In his role as partner, Redpath will bring his local expertise and 15 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry.

Peter Mumford, founder and chief executive officer of Stone Real Estate, said Tanchevski’s consistent leadership and dedication have not only built a successful business but a culture that reflects the company’s core values.

“David’s commitment to his journey is what has brought him to this point,” Mumford said.

“We’re proud of what he’s achieved and excited for what’s ahead.”
