The network has strengthened its footprint in the sands of regional NSW by adding a new office in the coastal town of Laurieton.
Harcourts Greater Port Macquarie has acquired the previous LJ Hooker Laurieton office, which will now join the network alongside the Wauchope, Port Macquarie, Kempsey and South West Rocks offices.
Harcourts’ new Laurieton office will be led by the managing director of Harcourts Greater Port Macquarie, Ross Lindsay, who will use his experience to offer sales and property management services in the residential, commercial and industrial markets of the Mid North Coast NSW.
In addition to his more than three decades of real estate experience, Lindsay also brings insights from the finance and investment sectors as a past president of the Wauchope Chamber of Commerce.
Lindsay, a fifth-generation local of the Hastings Valley area, will also use his in-depth local knowledge to deliver insightful and relevant information on the broader Mid North Coast market to his clients.
The new director attributed the success of Harcourts Greater Port Macquarie to the local insights and customer-first approach that the network has consistently extended to customers.
“Having grown up locally, our intimate knowledge of the area has allowed us to form strong relationships with our clients over the years,” Lindsay said.
Joining Lindsay on this new journey is his long-term partner at Harcourts General Port Macquarie, and business operations manager, Kylie King.
King has been working for 31 years of real estate experience and is well-known for her straightforward and empathetic approach to client interactions.
She said that the opening of the new Laurieton office would allow the network to further broaden its reach across the Mid North Coast and “better serve both new and existing clients in this vibrant community”.
CEO of Harcourts NSW, Katrina Tarrant, highlighted the passion of the leaders at the helm of the new Laurieton office and said that she “can’t wait to see what this next chapter brings”.
“This exciting acquisition strengthens our footprint in a key location and reinforces our commitment to strong, sustainable growth that genuinely serves local communities,” Tarrant said.
The opening of Harcourts’ latest office on the Mid North Coast of NSW continues the network’s growth over 2025, with the network recently welcoming the Perth-based Harcourts Property Specialists under agents Victor Paz and Kristy Clymo.
