Haiven Property, located in North Beach, Perth, has strengthened its leadership with two key appointments as part of its ongoing expansion.
The group has promoted Hayley Benzie from property manager to head of the property management department and appointed Karlie Snelgar as the business development manager.
Benzie, who will oversee operations across Haiven Property North and South, brings over 15 years of experience in real estate, having held senior positions in Perth’s western suburbs, including property manager at Belle Property.
She returns to a leadership position following maternity leave, focusing on team management and strategic improvements to enhance Haiven Property’s client service.
“I’m excited to lead the department and implement new initiatives that enhance our service and efficiency,” Benzie said.
“This role allows me to support both the team and our clients in a way that ensures long-term success for everyone involved.”
Joining the team as business development manager, Snelgar brings industry knowledge and deep expertise in legislative compliance and appraisals.
Since 2010, her career has included property development, land sales, and residential property management roles.
In 2015, she led the property management team at Byford Premiere Realty and most recently held the position of business development manager at O’Neil Real Estate in 2024.
"Real estate has always been my passion, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of such a talented and supportive team,” she said.
“I’m excited to contribute to Haiven’s continued success in this thriving industry.”
Managing director and chief executive of Haiven Property, Sean Hughes, welcomed the appointments, highlighting the pair’s alignment with the company’s growth strategy and client services.
Hughes launched Haiven Property in July last year with his business partner and agent, Shane Beaumont, opening three offices in North Beach, Subiaco, and Applecross before the end of 2024.
He said that while the group has consistently focused on the upper end of the Perth market, he wanted to expand its footprint across Perth and concentrate on a diverse market.
“There’s a huge demand in Western Australia at the moment for boutique, nimble companies that can respond to the community and consumers in a quicker fashion,” Hughes said.
