The brand has strengthened its presence on the Sunshine Coast with a new office that will be led by a well-established Queensland agent.
The Coronis Group has announced that sales agent Kerry Sullivan has joined the network, and opened the new Coronis Coolum office as a partnership franchisee.
Sullivan brings 20 years of experience in residential, development and commercial real estate sales, which keenly positions him to lead Coronis’ latest outpost on the Sunshine Coast.
Following his successful real estate career in project management and real estate in Yeppoon, Sullivan and his family moved back to the Sunshine Coast in 2016, where he has established himself as a sales agent in his core market of Peregian Springs.
With the new Coronis Coolum location located only 200 metres away from Coolum Beach, the brand said that the office under Sullivan is strategically positioned to service the thriving coastal community.
Together with his wife and business partner Vanessa, Sullivan said that he is “looking forward to helping more people in my local community of Coolum and surrounds”.
Sullivan said that the family-centric culture at Coronis aligned with his personality and connection to the local area.
Since making the transition to Coronis, Sullivan noted that he has felt invigorated and is excited to “elevate my services in every way for my clients”.
With this office marking Coronis’ fourth office to open in 2025, the brand’s CEO, Karuna Mazzocchi, said she was “thrilled” to welcome Kerry Sullivan as the brand’s newest partnership franchise.
“He’s a terrific person and agent, and I’m excited for our business to help him amplify his results and create a strong asset for himself and his family,” Mazzocchi concluded.
