Prince William has tossed around the idea of buying a property in Sydney during his royal tour down-under yesterday.
The Prince told reporters he liked the properties surrounding Sydney harbour (namely Kirribilli) so much he might even consider purchasing a property here one day.
"It's been a terrific couple of days and, because of that, I have joked I might actually try to buy a house in Sydney. So if anyone has got any properties for sale, please let me know," the Prince said.
Stephanie Hammond from McGrath Real Estate in Avalon said she had the perfect property to sell the Prince.
"I'm currently selling the Castle in Clareville," Ms Hammond told Real Estate Business.
"The property has amazing water views, is made out of sandstone, incredibly private and has a low key entrance so nobody would even suspect a prince lived there."
The property, located at 40 Chisholm Avenue in Clareville, is currently on the market for $4 million, but Ms Hammond said she would sell it for more if the Prince was purchasing it.
"It's the perfect property for the Prince. It's called the Castle because it is a home built for a King or future King as the case may be."
