Century 21 Australasia has bolstered its presence in South Australia with the launch of a new office in Campbelltown, branded Century 21 Connect.

Century 21 Connect is spearheaded by real estate veterans Jarrah Holmes, Param Baidwan, and Daniel Carrabs. Between them, the trio brings more than four decades of industry experience to the venture, which marks their second office under the Century 21 banner.

Holmes, a longstanding member of the Century 21 network, has been ranked in the top 1 per cent of the brand’s national performers. Baidwan adds eight years of residential real estate expertise, while Carrabs, with 20 years in property management, rounds out the leadership team with a focus on operational depth.

The Campbelltown-based office will serve several eastern and north-eastern suburbs including Dernancourt, Burnside, Windsor Gardens, Paradise, and Newton. The group aims to build on its existing client base and extend its footprint towards Adelaide’s coastal belt.

“We wish to grow on our solid foundation of existing clients and spread our proven formulas and consistent performance further across Adelaide – connecting property and people from Campbelltown to Brighton and surrounds,” the partners said.

Century 21 Australasia welcomed the move as a sign of the brand’s growing momentum.

“We are thrilled to see such experienced and committed professionals deepen their roots within our network. The launch of Century 21 Connect reflects the strength of our brand and the calibre of leaders it continues to attract.”

It comes just months after Ray Ellis was appointed as the new chief executive officer for Century 21 Australia, following a strategic plan to strengthen the brand’s presence and market share in the region.

Chairman Charles Tarbey said Ellis’ leadership will be crucial to the company’s growth strategy.

“As a global real estate brand, we are now embarking on an exciting program aimed at further increasing our brand’s prominence across the region while working to increase the market share of our franchisees,” Tarbey said.

“The appointment of such a proven and experienced leader will support these plans and help to continue to cement Century 21 as a leading real estate brand across the Asia-Pacific region and the world.”

The property firm said that Ellis, a business executive and former director of the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA), will bring extensive industry expertise and experience in fostering corporate growth.
