Experienced real estate agents Lynette Way and Jaharn Turner have joined forces to build a successful business under a new banner, Raine & Horne Lithgow.
The new proprietors have been real estate colleagues for the past ten years managing separate firms and have 40 years’ worth of property experience between them.
“We didn’t hesitate in researching Raine & Horne when the franchise came up for sale,” Ms Way said.
“Raine & Horne has always been extremely well respected in the industry and offers excellent tools, services and training for its offices,” she said.
The shift to Raine & Horne is timely as Lynette and Jaharn believe that Lithgow, just a two hour drive from Sydney, is squarely on the investment radar of city buyers.
“The Sydney market is edging people out, so savvy investors are looking for areas outside the city,” Ms Turner said.
