PRDnationwide’s Ballarat office has been recognised as one of the leading real estate branches during the company’s annual award ceremony last weekend, having settled the most commissions during the financial year.
The win marked the first time Victorian offices were honoured at the Awards. The Ballarat office, which employs 33 staff, received 12 awards that night.
PRDnationwide managing director Jim Midgley said the annual awards night acknowledged some of the best in business.
“These are some of Australia’s brightest real estate minds who have achieved strong results, despite the tough economic conditions,” Mr Midgley said.
“Those who adapted quickly and took action are now enjoying the best outcomes,” he said.
“The past year has been one of the most challenging periods in the recent history of real estate, and our businesses remain as strong as they ever have been,” he said.
“These are the champions of the business who have worked with their local markets to achieve maximum results by encouraging return business and maintaining strong real estate ethic,” said Mr Midgley.
PRDnationwide named its top 10 salespeople as Dane Queenan (Port Stephens), Stuart Gan (Ettalong Beach), Amanda Langlands (Coffs Harbour), Rob Murphy (Toowoomba), Dale Bassett (Ettalong Beach), Meg Robertson (Toowoomba), Vicki Hodges (Bundaberg), Luke Anderson (Hunter Valley), Christine Castle (Oatley) and Greg Keily (Cairns).
PRDnationwide Hobart, Toowoomba and Robina offices were awarded the highest ‘Diamond’ award for having achieved ‘Platinum’ status for a minimum of 2 years in a row.
