Ray White Commercial Robina in Queensland completed 41 sales and leasings in the last two months, defying predictions of subdued commercial activity over the coming 12 months.

The agency completed 10 sales and 31 leases over the July–August period, recording the best result for the entire Ray White Commercial International Group over the two months, the group’s chief executive Scott Burgess said.

“We have had an exceptional couple of months in a highly challenging market,” Mr Burgess said.

“To achieve that sort of a result is a great credit to a small but hard working team of six sales and leasing consultants.

Mr Burgess said the firm’s agents worked in conjunction with each other on their listings, helping to complete many deals.

According to Mr Burgess, the properties sold during July/August included commercial, retail and industrial premises with prices ranging from $232,000 to just under $1 million.

The largest sale was $970,000 for an industrial warehouse at Mermaid Waters on the Gold Coast.
