Making headlines this week, The Daily Telegraph reported that Swimwear model Lara Bingle has bought her first home – a 65sqm apartment in Sydney’s prestigious waterfront suburb of Darling Point.

According the daily, Ms Bingle bought the $880,000 property with the $600,000 settlement from ex-fiance Michael Clarke, $200,000 she’d pocketed from her Woman’s Day nude photo scandal story, and her savings.
Real estate sources said the 1950s apartment situated in a quiet cul-de-sac would be worth "over $2 million easy".
