PRDnationwide and Inhabit have teamed up to provide agents with a new iApp that allows them to provide sellers with a comparative market analysis.

Freedom is the new mobile application directly connected to AgencyOne – PRDnationwide’s internal property database. The app is said to bridge the gap between traditional desktop systems and web-based systems.

PRDnationwide managing director Jim Midgley said since it debuted, Freedom had created a buzz amongst agents in the group.

“Real estate has become mobile. The iPhone and other mobile devices are changing the landscape of real estate,” he said.

The Freedom app allows ‘on the go’ access to critical information which has already been entered in AgencyOne.

“Knowledge is the ultimate resource and is the added value that earns commissions these days,” he said.

“Chances are these days that a listing presentation will be conducted in your home on an iPad or an agent will read you the latest sales research on his or her smartphone,” he said.

“We live in a fast-paced world and like any industry, the choice in real estate is to embrace it or be left behind.”
