In a bid to grow its footprint in Western Australia, Ray White real estate has announced it will open a second branch in Burswood.
Ray White franchisee Russ Parham said the new branch, which will open with a small team of three, will look to build on the success of Ray White Commercial Perth, specialising in both the commercial and private sectors.
“Our speciality is industrial buildings and sites but we will also be incorporating other commercial property sales and leasing,” Mr Parham said.
“Property management is a major component of the business and we already have in excess of $75 million of commercial property under management.”
