Training program guides agents

Harcourts has launched an innovative training program to help new real estate agents get to know the industry.

The iStart24 program is available to Harcourts agents in Australia and New Zealand and gives new agents a taste of the industry by way of real-life examples and hands-on activities.

Head of the Harcourts Academy, Irene Green, said she is confident the program will assist in attracting and retaining new staff to the organisation.

“In a highly competitive marketplace, I believe this program will give Harcourts another distinct edge over its competition in terms of attracting and retaining new people,” Ms Green said.

“The aim of the program is to provide students with skills which they can use in the real estate industry throughout their careers.”
