Real estate franchise Stockdale & Leggo is rebranding in a bid to increase its regional market share.
Stockdale & Leggo Wangaratta director Dean Rees told Real Estate Business the decision to rebrand would reaffirm the company’s position in the modern marketplace.
“We felt the old brand and logo was looking a bit tired and old fashioned,” Mr Rees said.
“The decision to rebrand is part of a conscious effort to keep up with the trend of modern agencies.”
Stockdale & Leggo currently has 95 offices nationwide, with many in regional locations.
The new look will help expand the company’s regional presence, according to Mr Rees.
“We find the country people want something new and a bit more precise,” he said.
In particular, Stockdale & Leggo plans to expand its operations in country Victoria.
