Australia’s oldest real estate franchise is aiming to increase its market footprint.
Richardson & Wrench is re-launching its brand in a move designed to enhance its franchise proposition and attract future staff.
Speaking to Real Estate Business, Richardson & Wrench executive director Andrew Cocks said the group is looking for “successful” and “established” agents to join its ranks.
“What we are looking for are people who will fit with the mould and characteristics of Richardson and Wrench,” Mr Cocks said.
“We are focused now on the established and successful offices – people who require a level of association and support from like-minded and similarly successful operators.”
Despite the franchise’s specific requirements, the move will support a vast number of future franchisees in the market, according to Mr Cocks.
What Richardson & Wrench offers will appeal to a large cross section of the industry, he said.
“We now have a flexible and commercially attractive model that people can come and have a look at.”
