Mr Raine welcomed the new store and its principal Paul Curran to the Raine & Horne team.

“I would like to congratulate Paul on his hard work and continued dedication to Rockingham real estate, and we are genuinely pleased to have him on board,” he said.

“Now, with the support of the Raine & Horne brand, we hope to make an even greater contribution to the local property market and the Rockingham community.”

Mr Curran, who has owned and operated a real estate business locally for over 20 years, said switching to Raine & Horne made sense.

“Raine & Horne’s market presence, with its mix of residential, commercial and rural brands, gives it the ability to reach a wide range of customers, and this was critical to the decision to establish Raine & Horne Rockingham Beach.”
