Barry Plant real estate has been recognised as one of the nation’s top groups, thanks to its ongoing commitment to providing quality customer service.
The group’s superior customer service levels were recognised by the Australian Achiever Awards for the seventh consecutive year, with each office achieving an overall rating of 80 per cent or more.
However, the standout office this year was Barry Plant Croydon, with a score of 99.79 per cent.
Barry Plant Group chief executive Mike McCarthy said that consistently delivering upon and exceeding customer expectations was a key motivator in the business.
“Positioning ourselves in the customer driven space was a deliberate decision. In doing so we place the onus upon ourselves to deliver on our promise,” Mr McCarthy said.
“All home owners who sell through our offices receive our Red Carpet Guarantee, a document which lists important actions that we guarantee to carry out during your dealings with us.”
“Every seller, buyer, landlord and tenant also receives a copy of the Customer Service Charter, explaining what they should do if they have concerns regarding the service they have received.”
