In a move to boost communication with its members the Real Estate Institute of NSW (REINSW) has unveiled a new customer relationship management system (CRM).

The new CRM system, titled iMIS, will allow the REINSW to introduce more efficient business process throughout the organisation and provide a higher level of service and support for members, according to REINSW chief executive Tim McKibbin.

As the largest professional association for real estate agents and other property professions in the state, Mr McKibbin said the new software highlights the institution’s commitment to ensuring its members remain up to date on legislation and industry changes.

“With the new software we are now able to keep a far better database and target agents in a more efficient and effective way,” Mr McKibbin told Real Estate Business.

“We have monitored the success of the program throughout the other states and believe not only will this give us greater access to our members in metro areas but significantly improve our communication to agents in regional NSW as well.”
