In a bid to strengthen the group's position in Queensland, Harcourts real estate has opened its doors in Mermaid Beach on the Gold Coast.
Award-winning auctioneer and national industry trainer, Dane Atherto will assume the role as principal of the Harcourts Coastal office.
Mr Atherto boasts 19 years of experience operating in the upper market and won the REIQ Auctioneer of the Year Award in 2004.
Harcourts Queensland cheif executive Aaron Brooks said he is pleased that Mr Atherton has decided to open his own office on the Gold Coast under the Harcourts brand.
“Dane is consistently one of Harcourts Queensland’s highest performing sales consultants and really is an outstanding real estate professional.
“I’m proud that he is part of our group and look forward to watching his business grow and become even more successful,” Mr Brooks said.
