LJ Hooker has appointed a 21-year real estate industry veteran, Ashley Bramich, to the position of network performance manager for Victoria and Tasmania.

“Mr Bramich is a very successful real estate operator, agent and auctioneer, and is the latest success in our campaign to recruit the very best talent in the industry,” said L Janusz Hooker, CEO of LJ Hooker.

“He is an ideal candidate to strengthen our platform of 70 offices across Victoria and Tasmania and to execute our growth plans for the region.”

Mr Bramich was most recently a prospective partner at the newest office of Marshall White Real Estate, a Melbourne-based independent real estate agency, where he assisted the expansion of the business into Brighton, Victoria.

Previously, he served as the director of Bramich Property Advisory, which offered vendors and buyers advocacy, auctioneering and project marketing services around Melbourne’s exclusive inner suburbs.

Mr Bramich also spent 16 years at LJ Hooker businesses with annual revenues in excess of $6 million, 35 staff and three offices in Moorabbin, Bentleigh and Cheltenham, Victoria, where he began his career in 1990. During his time with LJ Hooker he was the winner of various awards, including the number one salesperson for LJ Hooker Victoria/Tasmania for eight years, and number one office for 10 consecutive years.
