Ric Serrao, co-principal at the Double Bay office, also took out the award for top salesperson, auction listings.

Other major winners included Frank Morella, principal at the network’s Canberra (Commercial) office, who dominated the commercial sales and leasing categories, although Hudson Dale, sales and leasing agent, from Raine & Horne Commercial Brisbane North, took out the commercial salesperson (number of transactions) award.

Melbourne-based Glyn Bosisto was named top commercial salesperson (number of sales) for 2011, while the network's Queensland-based Hervey Bay office booked most auction listings.

Angus Raine, Raine & Horne's CEO, said, “It’s pleasing to see the major awards spread across the states and territories, which is an indication that Raine & Horne is continually growing its brand nationally.

“The strength of our brand is built on the joint efforts of our principals, agents, property managers and staff.”

Max Raine, chairman of Raine & Horne, presented the national chairman’s award to Dennis Wey, principal of Raine & Horne Beenleigh and Raine & Horne Commercial Beenleigh, who has been with the company for 28 years.

“Dennis has been a champion of the Raine & Horne brand, and was even at our first ever national conference in 1984 and has never missed one since,” said Mr Raine.

“Dennis has helped us establish a number of offices in Queensland and has assisted literally tens of thousands of Australians into a home since 1983 and absolutely deserves this important award.”
