realestate.com.au said its first nationwide television campaign, launched last night, was aimed at prompting both vendor and buyer interest in the property market ahead of the normally busy spring season.

“From first-time buyers to expanding families and ‘window shoppers’, the [television campaign] will strike a chord with all Australians interested in the property market,” said Joanne Whyte, GM brand, communications and insights at realestate.com.au.

“Further reaching than ever before, this campaign demonstrates realestate.com.au’s commitment to making property searching both efficient and enjoyable.”

“The campaign also speaks to vendors, encouraging them to think about their online advertising options in this tough market, and reinforces realestate.com.au as the best place for sellers to find an agent,” Whyte continued.

The company said the advertising campaign, entitled ‘Dream a little’, was filmed at a series of premiere properties selected to bring to life consumers’ vision of finding the property of their dreams.

The television campaign will be supported by print, broadcast and digital executions across Australia.
