Raine & Horne Commercial Retail Services has announced the appointment of two new co-owners after securing a number of new shopping centres around Australia.
Retail leasing specialist Robin Brenchley and former AMP asset manager Gary Quig will join Colin Henry and Bruce Kinley as co-owners of Raine & Horne Commercial Retail Services.
“We have added a number of significant shopping centres, including our first shopping centre in Queensland, and are aiming to open operations in every state,” Mr Henry said.
“The appointments of Robin and Gary will be critical in maintaining Raine & Horne Commercial Retail Services’ high customer service benchmarks, while helping build new business opportunities around Australia.”
The new team will specialise in the management of neighbourhood shopping centres such as Glenmore Park Town Centre in Sydney’s west, and Dee Why Grand on Sydney’s northern beaches.
Both Mr Brenchley and Mr Quig will assist Raine & Horne Commercial Retail Services in extending the group's presence in the Australian retail market.
“Robin’s appointment as a director recognises his ability to consistently assemble an effective shopping centre tenancy mix that gives confidence to the national clients he regularly represents,” Mr Henry said.
“Gary’s experience has evolved over many years through property and asset management, leasing and development projects and property valuation and capital transactions.
“Gary is very committed to building the shopping centre business and wanted to be part of the management team to help us.”
