“Patrick’s outstanding qualities of leadership, positive attitude and knowledge will be invaluable in the role.”

LJ Hooker said it provides commercial services with national coverage in Australia including buying, selling and leasing properties for commercial or investment purposes.

“LJ Hooker provides a full suite of commercial services nationally and I look forward to our commercial team offering being strengthened with this appointment,” Mr Hooker said.

According to a statement from LJ Hooker, Mr Brush began his career working in the industrial market of Sydney in 1982 with Jones Lang LaSalle. In 1987 he joined the LJ Hooker franchise network becoming one of the principals at the Bankstown office.

Later he owned and operated the Blacktown office in conjunction with Bankstown and then starting up LJ Hooker Commercial at Silverwater in 1994.

“It is good timing for me to take up this challenge as the LJ Hooker Group focusses on growing the commercial network,” Mr Brush said.
