RE/MAX Australia has expanded the list of online property listing portals available to its franchisees to include realEstate1.
“The role of RE/MAX is to provide the best access to our customers and our network,” RE/MAX managing director Michael Davoren told Real Estate Business.
“It is important our customers can use portals that are user friendly. This is why we have selected a group of portals, including realEstate1, to be part of our stable, ensuring our agents have access to the widest possible market.”
RE/MAX Australia has given all of their offices direct access to realEstate1 in order to better connect to the market.
“realEstate1 adds great value to RE/MAX as it offers a variety of services including daily activity statements, up-to-date information regarding upcoming advertising schedules and traffic volumes, agency staff photos in the showcase and ability to download agency branded window cards and booklets,” Mr Davoren said.
Director of realEstate1, Geoff Luff, said he was excited to have a large and well-known franchise group like RE/MAX supporting the company.
“RE/MAX Australia’s partnership boosts our agent numbers to nearly 2,000 offices throughout Australia,” he said. "Realestate1.com.au and Realestate1commercial.com.au are fast becoming the sites of choice for those looking to buy property and for those wishing to sell.
The RE/MAX network has more than 7,000 offices operating in over 78 countries. Worldwide, RE/MAX comprises of 98,000+ agents in areas including residential, commercial, referral, relocation and asset management.
RE/MAX franchisees also use realestate.com and domain.com, as well as a list of other "carefully selected portals," Mr Davoren said.
