RealScope, a specialist real estate photography business, is opening its brand to franchising with a view to expanding beyond its Brisbane base.
Entrepreneur and owner of RealScope, Julia Cormie, has decided to turn to franchising as a way to expand the brand and deal with the increasing popularity of the business.
RealScope, which creates floor plans and interactive floor plans for the real estate industry and property developers, is nearly 10 years old.
The Brisbane-based business has worked with clients such as Ray White, RE/MAX, Harcourts, LJ Hooker, and Place.
Ms Cormie has said she believes the business model is ideally suited to franchising because the business is flexible and allows franchisees the ability to fit their life around it.
“For over seven years RealScope have been operating successfully in Brisbane. We have established strong client relationships with the top real estate agencies right across the city,” she said.
“First in Brisbane to offer professionally drawn, CAD generated floor plans, RealScope are the front runners in floor plan creation and we are recognised for delivering high quality real estate photography.”
Franchises are available first up in Queensland, from Brisbane suburbs to the Gold Coast and Toowoomba but there are plans to add franchises interstate in the next few years.
