LJ Hooker has renewed its master franchise agreement with LJ Hooker Indonesia, and has plans to open six new offices this year.
“In 2011, the Indonesian economy and property market grew rapidly and we expect to see that growth continue in 2012,” L. Janusz Hooker, chief executive of LJ Hooker, said.
“In the past three months our Indonesian business has grown fifty per cent.”
LJ Hooker, which currently has 27 offices across Indonesia, plans to open six new residential-focused offices and a LJH Commercial office.
“Australia and New Zealand are our core markets and we continue to invest and grow our business here, but we believe the Indonesian market has huge potential,” Mr Hooker added.
“Australia’s leading real estate brand is now recognised as one of the leading brands in Indonesia.
“We are already witnessing the synergies between Australia and Indonesia with a number of properties being sold for clients in both countries,” said Mr Hooker.
