One real estate network is leading the charge for the inaugural Top 100 Agents ranking, an analysis of registration data has revealed.
With less than two weeks now remaining for agents to submit their entries for the groundbreaking report, Real Estate Business group publisher Alex Whitlock has urged both individual agents and networks to get their submissions in.
“Making the Real Estate Business Top 100 Agents will offer a significant marketing opportunity for individual agents as well as the groups which dominate the list – and one major group is leading the pack,” he said.
“For those agents who’ve not yet put their submissions in, I’d urge them to act fast. Entries close in just two weeks.”
The Top 100 Agents report, which will be published in the June issue of Real Estate Business, will rank individual estate agents according to a range of criteria including sales and listings numbers, location and support staff numbers, and will be based on 2011 calendar year results.
The list will not focus on big sales dollars alone, but agents who are highly productive, wherever they’re located in Australia – be it metropolitan cities or regional centres.
Data provided by agents will be independently verified by the agent’s head office, Real Estate Business’ research partner RP Data, and other independent sources where required.
Submissions for Top 100 Agents close 17 April. To make sure you’re in the running click here now.
