Harcourts Glen Waverley and Judd White Real Estate, based in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, have announced their merger to form one of the region’s largest agencies.
Harcourt Glen Waverley, named Harcourts Victoria’s number one auction office for 2011/2012, has merged with Judd White Real Estate, which has serviced the City of Monash for over 35 years.
The merger will establish Harcourts Judd White, which will have around 2,000 properties under their property management division and a sales team with over 180 years in total combined experience.
“We don’t just want to be the market leader due to size, but be the market leader due to our commitment and unparalleled level of service to our existing and new clients,” said Lou Paola, director and head of the property management division.
Dexter Prack, director and head of the sales division, said the merger would help bolster the services they could offer their clients.
“Joining forces will provide greater market coverage, greater depth of knowledge and a greater spread of experience which in the end gives our clients a distinct advantage in all facets of real estate services,” he said.
The current director of Judd White Real Estate, Ian Sambell, will also continue to work in the newly merged entity.
