Agents have only days to submit their entry for the inaugural Real Estate Business Top 100 Agents national ranking, with the final day for submissions set for early next week.
The ground breaking ranking, which will be published in the June issue of Real Estate Business, promises to be a closely-fought contest based on the entries received so far.
“We’ve been absolutely blown away by the level of interest in the Top 100 Agents ranking,” said Real Estate Business group publisher, Alex Whitlock.
“The strong response highlights the value the industry sees in being branded one of the top real estate professionals in Australia,” he said.
The Top 100 Agents report will rank individual estate agents according to a range of criteria, including settled sales and listings numbers, location and support staff numbers, and will be based on 2011 calendar year results.
The list will not focus on big sales dollars alone, but agents who are highly productive, wherever they’re located in Australia – be it metropolitan areas or regional centres.
Data provided by agents will be independently verified by Real Estate Business’ research partner RP Data.
For those who make the final grade, Real Estate Business’ Top 100 Agents report will prove to be an invaluable marketing and sales tool, Mr Whitlock said.
“Making the Real Estate Business Top 100 Agents will offer a significant marketing opportunity for individual agents as well as the groups which dominate the list,” he said.
