R&H website drives surge in franchisee enquiries

Raine & Horne said a new website designed for potential franchisees is a key reason for a 300 per cent rise in new office enquiries since its introduction in February.

“Since the website www.realopportunity.com.au went live two months ago, we have experienced a three-fold increase in enquiries from existing agencies and start-ups across the country who are looking to buy into the recently rebranded Raine & Horne franchise system,” Angus Raine, CEO, Raine & Horne, said.

Sean Green, operations manager at Raine & Horne, said enquries were coming from a mix of independent agencies, new start-up agencies and principals from other networks.

“In NSW alone, we expect to have between 15-20 new offices by the end of 2012 – most of whom would have enquired through the microsite,” he said.

“When Raine & Horne rebranded in October 2011, we made a very conscious decision to pay attention to what current principals found important about our network.”

“The majority of our principals said the level of support, training and networking delivered by Raine & Horne Corporate elevated our network above our competitors.”
