Agents may find it easier to attract vendor interest using a new online search tool that’s been launched by industry-owned property portal realestateVIEW.com.au.
The website, which attracts around 1.1 million visitors each month, has launched a 'Find An Agent' directory, which aims to services agents and vendors alike by providing an avenue for vendors to connect with agents in their local area and allowing agencies to generate qualified leads from potential clients.
“We acknowledge that long before vendors contact potential agents to sell their home they conduct research online, to determine who is best equipped to sell their property,” said Petra Sprekos, general manager of realestateVIEW.com.au.
“Our Find An Agent directory will provide vendors with a destination to search and compare potential agents to represent the sale of their property.”
realestateVIEW.com.au, which incorporates approximately 200,000 property listings, said a branded Find An Agent profile will allow agents to showcase their knowledge and expertise by featuring agency specialties, staff profiles, client testimonials, links to blogs and social media networks, corporate images and videos and more.
The Find An Agent profile is provided free for realestateVIEW.com.au subscribers.
