Century 21 has opened a new office in the Sydney suburb of Avalon, in the city’s northern beaches.
“Century 21 is delighted to welcome Stephanie Hammond to the team and to have a new office opening in this important and evolving market,” said chairman of Century 21 Australasia, Charles Tarbey.
Century 21 said Ms Hammond is a long-term local resident.
According to the new agency’s website, Ms Hammond was involved in strategic marketing before becoming a licensed real estate agent.
The new office, Century 21 The Property Partnership Avalon, will offer both sales and property management.
Century 21 has more than 3,000 offices in the Asia Pacific region, of which 350 are located in Australia.
The new office comes a few months after the company launched a marketing campaign entitled ‘Smarter, Bolder, Faster’, which involved radio and television commercials, and a new website, promoting the "expertise, commitment and speed" of Century 21 agents across Australia.
