News Limited and REA Group have teamed up to provide vendors with an all-in-one advertising offer that spans online, mobile and tablet channels.
The companies announced today that they have entered into a marketing alliance to strengthen the service each provides to their real estate agent customers.
The new digital and print advertising offer, known as the ‘Prestige Plus Package’, has been introduced to allow agents to provide their vendors with a product that incorporates News Limited’s print and realestate.com.au’s digital products.
The marketing alliance will also see increased realestate.com.au branding across News Limited newspapers and greater presence on news.com.au/realestate – which launched last week – and realestate.com.au.
News Limited’s executive group director for commercial and operations, Jerry Harris, said the introduction of the Prestige Plus Package further strengthens News’ relationship with Australia’s largest property advertising site.
“The Prestige Plus Package provides real estate customers and vendors an opportunity to maximise the visibility of their property listings and reach potential buyers outside their local area, giving them expansive reach and outstanding value for money,” Mr Harris said.
REA Group’s general manager, strategy and corporate development, Paul Simos, said REA Group is always looking to expand.
“Ultimately, the Prestige Plus Package is about providing real estate agents [with the] confidence that their property will have a high level of exposure for the duration of the selling period.
“Through the advertising offer, we’re able to help our customers be more competitive in a listing presentation, win further listings, promote their brands and provide the best possible return on investment for their vendors’ marketing dollars,” Mr Simos said.
The products that comprise the Prestige Plus Package may still be purchased independently from each company should customers decide not to take advantage of the offer.
