RE/MAX Western Australia has opened a commercial sales and leasing division, RE/MAX WA regional owner, Geoff Baldwin, has announced.
“We are now receiving a good flow of inquiry from clients seeking to buy, sell or lease retail and commercial property so we see this launch as a natural progression for our brand,” Mr Baldwin said.
“Long standing commercial agent, Vince Di Filippo, has joined our team to establish this new division and we are very excited about now providing the full range of services to prospective clients across Perth.”
“The RE/MAX Commercial brand is one of the most successful in the world operating in around 70 countries and with the added advantage of the www.global.remax.com international website, we are able to have our client’s properties exposed locally, nationally and globally within hours of them being listed”, Mr Baldwin said.
RE/MAX WA has grown to 14 offices in 34 months under its current ownership, with the most recent new office opening in the Perth suburb of Scarborough.
The company said in June that more offices were in the pipeline.
