Harcourts Alliance Joondalup has won the WA network’s property management excellence award for the third year in a row.
“The team really pride themselves on providing a service level that is beyond expectations,” said Stuart Cox, chief executive officer of Harcourts Western Australia.
“They’re always sure to put the client first, and really go above and beyond to ensure that they deliver exceptional experiences to their customers.”
Harcourts Alliance Joondalup also took home the Property Management – Top Revenue Office of the Year award as well as several other awards for residential sales achievements.
“The Harcourts Alliance team are one of our best property management groups within Western Australia and have proven that by taking out the Property Management Excellence Award for three years straight,” Mr Cox continued.
Michelle Rigg, business manager of Harcourts Alliance, said she was incredibly proud of the property management side of the business.
“Our team is incredibly loyal, experienced and proud to be part of both the Harcourts Group and Harcourts Alliance.
“Within our business, we place a very strong focus on property management and our results are speaking for themselves,” said Ms Rigg.
Ms Rigg told Real Estate Business back in May that she had addressed the perennial problem of retaining quality staff by offering rostered days off (RDOs). Every two weeks, staff received a day off (which couldn’t be carried over to the following month).
Interestingly, however, while staff had complete control over when they could take their RDOs, many weren’t being taken, she added.
