Raine & Horne have continued their expansion in Queensland, opening their 49th office in Pacific Pines on the Gold Coast.
This marks the second office for 32 year old principal Julian Porter, who also runs Raine & Horne Oxenford which he opened at age 27.
“We are open seven days and have handpicked a team of experienced salespeople, property managers and administration staff to ensure our clients receive the highest standard of service every time,” he said.
Mr Porter, who has been selling homes in the region for over a decade, said now was the right time to establish Raine & Horne Pacific Pines.
“Pacific Pines is geared for growth with more than 40 parks, sporting fields, five local schools, shopping centres and plenty of amenities, as well as the major Australian theme parks of Dreamworld and Wet & Wild on our doorstep,” he said.
“Given its close proximity to Brisbane, Coolangatta Airport, local beaches and the Gold Coast, Pacific Pines is popular with families and presents a great opportunity for capital growth.”
According to Australian Property Monitors (APM), the median sale price for a house in Pacific Pines is $420,000, while units sell for around $300,000.
