The AUSNET Real Estate Network has secured the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) award for Top Franchise, Marketing & Referral Group in 2011/2012.
"This is the third year in succession and eighth time in our 14 year history that AUSNET has won this important award,” said Graeme Hosking, managing director of the AUSNET Real Estate Network.
“Overall, members of AUSNET Real Estate Network collectively sold 3,732 properties valued at over $2.01 billion - that averages at more than 10 properties a day, every day of the year.”
“With the recent addition of the Crawford Project Marketing division of the Crawford Realty Group to its Membership, the AUSNET Real Estate Network now has a membership of 31 highly successful real estate companies located both in Perth and throughout regional Western Australia.”
The group, which was WA’s top group by number of listings sold in the 2010/11 financial year (3075 listings sold, worth $1.63 billion), was founded by Murray Joseph in 1997.
Mr Hosking attributed part of the group’s success to its ability to provide a wide range of real estate services, from sales and property management, through to mortgage origination, settlement services and financial planning from associated Ausnet entities Mortgage Solutions Australia, LandmarkSettlements Australia and Ausnet Financial Planning.
"This 'one stop shop' strategy has meant that our members have been able to boost their sales and their turnover despite the lingering effects of the world financial crisis,” he added.
In early July, AUSNET added three new offices to its ranks, namely Cockburn Central Property Executives in Atwell, Residential HQ in Riverton and Pilbara Real Estate in Karratha.
