Two real estate companies are offering their clients the chance to win a car before Christmas as part of efforts to reward loyal customers and bolster business.
The two companies, Queensland and NSW-based Yong Real Estate, and WA-based ACTON Mandurah, have announced the separate marketing initiatives this month.
Yong Real Estate has two cars up for grabs; a Lexus and a Toyota Yaris.
Rod White, Yong chief operations officer, said that Yong is replacing its traditional office Christmas party with a gala cocktail party for staff and clients where the prize draw will occur. The prize draw will also be broadcast on the internet.
The company said anyone who has bought or sold a property or a business through the entire Yong Real Estate Network, as well as the property owners of rental properties that is managed by a Yong office, will be eligible to win a car. Rental property owners will also receive an entry in the draw for every property that is managed by a Yong office.
ACTON Mandurah said its decision to give away a car was based on its recent successes at the ACTON awards night.
The agency said that from August 15 to December 12, anyone who lists their property for sale with ACTON Mandurah will go into the running to win a new Hyundai i30 Elite Hatchback.
“Three lucky key holders will be drawn each week and on December 15 the team will hold a function at their office and each key holder will be able to see if their key unlocks the car,” the agency said.
Director Karen Bryant said the team had enjoyed great support from the Mandurah community and they wanted to give something in return.
“We were named Business of the Year at the Awards, Noeline Ross was a finalist for Overall Sales Champion as well as being the top salesperson in our office, Kaylee Robson won the Customer Service Award, and Veronica Cole, Kelly Collins, Wil Matrenza, Michael O’Brien, Bruno Mocerino and Noeline all received Outstanding Achievement Awards," she said.
“It’s been a fantastic year and we couldn’t have done it without the support of the Mandurah community and all the people who’ve used our services and recommended us to their family and friends.”
