CENTURY 21 Australia, which said it has recorded network growth of 12 per cent since January, has added a new office on the NSW central coast.
CENTURY 21 Greg Wild will open in Forresters Beach on October 9, joining the network’s nearby offices at The Entrance, Umina Beach, Gosford, Kincumber, Toukley and Charmhaven, continuing a growth trend that has seen the network open, on average, an office a week since the start of the year.
Led by principal Greg Wild, who has over 30 years’ real estate experience, the new office will service clients in Forresters Beach, Bateau Bay, Terrigal, Wamberal and neighbouring suburbs.
“We are delighted to have Greg Wild join the Century 21 network, and I have no doubt that both he and his team will deliver truly stellar service to buyers and sellers in and around the Forresters Beach area,” said chairman of Century 21 Australasia, Charles Tarbey.
“Greg is a highly experienced professional who has worked extensively throughout the Central Coast, not only in residential property, but in commercial and industrial property as well.
“His intimate and holistic understanding of his local market is something that I expect will differentiate his service approach from those of other practitioners in the area.”
Mr Wild said honesty will be paramount to his service offering.
“We are looking to build an office with high levels of integrity and professionalism that looks after the local community,” he said.
“It is all about being astute, honest with people and highly knowledgeable – things which I think are made easier by the fact that many of our team members have grown up and worked in various parts of the central coast.
“We have a strong understanding of not only the local property market, but also the history, culture and values that are tied to this particular community.”
CENTURY 21 said it has more than 3,000 offices in the Asia Pacific region.
While the company is seeing the fastest growth in its history, Mr Tarbey said recently that the company is not aiming for “growth for growth’s sake”, and instead has a target in mind “that is below the projected size of most well known franchise groups – a size that delivers us a strong national presence without over-stauration”.
“We are now very close to this targeted size.”
