In the Sydney inner west suburb of Burwood, a former independent agency run by the Fajloun family has recently joined the network.

Ray White Burwood principals and sisters, Sonia Fajloun and Janeta Biviano, said they aim to be a one stop shop covering the full spectrum of real estate services.

“As an independent agency we have reached our limits, so joining forces with Ray White will allow us to leverage off their brand, services and ability to reach even more customers,” the sisters said.

Stephen Nell, CEO of Ray White NSW, said the team at Burwood have thriving divisions in residential leasing and sales, commercial and new development marketing.

In Melbourne, an industry professional responsible for the sale of over 1,000 dwellings in Melbourne's inner city has joined Ray White in a prime CBD location.

Andrew Salvo, who worked for the Salvo Property Group for the past five years, is set to open Ray White Southbank. The office will specialise in inner city property management, sales and project marketing.

“Our focus is firmly on the South Melbourne and Southbank residential markets and I am very excited to join the nation's largest property company Ray White and leverage of their professional success,” Mr Salvo said.

According to Ray White, Southbank was traditionally an industrial wedge between the affluent suburbs of South Melbourne, Albert Park, Port Melbourne and the CDB.

“We are thrilled to be opening our 95th office in such a stellar location with such exciting young talent," Ray White Melbourne chief executive Andrea McNaughton said.

“The office is perfectly positioned on the corner of City Road and Clarendon Street, right behind the Crown Casino.

“I am also pleased to say Andrew is utilising new technology such as wireless research bars that provide current market data and information to assist clients to make informed decisions.”
