ACTON has opened a new office in Victoria Park, the real estate group's second office in the region.

“ACTON South are very well known around South Perth, but less so in Victoria Park and surrounding suburbs,” director at the new ACTON Victoria Park office, Shane Vasile, said.

“The Victoria Park team live and work in the area, so buyers and sellers can be confident that we know the area well in terms of pricing, housing styles, renovating, growth and improvement.”

“Plus, we thought there was a gap in the market for someone offering a more premium service to local buyers and sellers.”

Mr Vasile, along with fellow director Kym Vasile, will manage the new office. According to ACTON, which has more than 20 offices in Western Australia, they have lived in East Victoria Park since 1996, and have been helping people buy and sell in the area for 10 years.

“The location is very popular with professional couples and young families who recognise the benefits of being close to the CBD, the great public transport, and having Albany Highway close by with its cafes, wine bars and boutique retailers,” Mr Vasile continued.

Mr Vasile said the market is thriving at the moment and properties are selling quickly.

“Curtin University, the CSIRO and Technology Park are large local employers and a lot of the staff want to live nearby,” he said.

“We are also close to the airport and have a lot of FIFO workers buying town houses and villas.

“We find that once people move here they don’t want to leave, they just upgrade within the area.”
