Harcourts New South Wales celebrated the success of its top sales consultants, offices and property managers at its quarterly awards evening last week.

The ceremony, which was held at the Tea Room in the Queen Victoria Building in Sydney, was an Oscar night theme. The awards celebrated the major achievements of the group over the July to September 2012 quarter.

In his speech to attendees on the night chief executive officer, Rob Forde said the group had been moving from strength to strength.

“There have been a number of people making noise about Harcourts in New South Wales for some time. We are gathering momentum and people want to be a part of it,” he said.

There were 10 sales consultants who were awarded for their efforts throughout the quarter including Andrew Drane of Harcourts Hills Living, Garth Makowski of Dougmal Campbelltown, Andrew Chrysanthou of Harcourts Unlimited, Ainslie Toole of Landmark Harcourts Forbes, Daniel McConnell of Dougmal Harcourts Albion Park, Shad McMillan of Harcourts Rouse Hill, Tod Campbell of Dougmal Campbelltown, Matt Hackett of Harcourts Bathurst, Troy Holmes of Dougmal Campbelltown and David Russell of Landmark Harcourts Cobar.

Three top sales offices were also presented with awards in recognition of their efforts throughout the quarter including Dougmal Campbelltown who took out first place, Harcourts Hills Living who was awarded second place and Landmark Harcourts Forbes who achieved third place.

The success of sales offices such as Dougmal Harcourts Campbelltown, Harcourts Unlimited and Harcourts Hills Living is really driving Harcourts New South Wales forward according to Mr Forde.

“Other offices such as Landmark Harcourts Forbes, Dougmal Harcourts Albion Park and Harcourts Rouse Hill are now starting to rise to the challenge by winning quarterly awards,” he said.

“This is a great thing for the group and shows, not only the competition rising to the challenge, but also the great culture within the group.

“We had a great turn out at this quarter’s awards and all of the people there literally wanted to share in each other’s successes which created a great atmosphere on the night.

“We are also now seeing a new group of people winning the individual awards and it is fantastic to see the support this new crop of winners is getting from the people who usually win such awards.”
