Realmark, a WA-based group, has expanded to the southern outskirts of the Perth metropolitan region with the opening of an office in Mandurah.
The office sees long-term local real estate professionals Simon Wroth and business partner Greg Penn take control of Realmark's latest addition, its second new shopfront in a matter of months.
“I’m excited to announce that the Port Bouvard Real Estate team has joined forces with our group to become the new Realmark Mandurah,” said Realmark managing director, John Percudani.
“We’re combining their expert local knowledge and connections built over 25 years, with Realmark’s unique and successful approach to real estate sales and rentals.”
Realmark Mandurah licensee Simon Wroth said their market focus now stretches across the broader Mandurah-Peel Region.
“We will continue to list premium properties fronting the ocean, estuary and canals, the difference is as Realmark Mandurah, we’ll now be listing properties throughout the Greater Mandurah area right up to Madora Bay,” said Mr Wroth.
He expects the property market dynamic in Mandurah to continue shifting in favour of property sellers into 2013.
“The Mandurah property market is already experiencing a significant revival, independent of Perth. So with the property market now starting to move in the city, we’re going to see more buyers with increased financial flexibility and confidence consider relocating to Mandurah as a permanent sea change or investing in a holiday home,” Mr Wroth said.
The new office, the company’s ninth residential outlet in total, comes not long after the group opened an office in the northern Perth suburb of Duncraig, acquiring a local independent operation.
Local agent and auctioneer, Jeanette Bates, opened the Duncraig office with the Hughes Group - Sean and Jenny Hughes – who already own Realmark offices in Scarborough and North Beach.
