The nation’s leading real estate sales offices will be recognised in the inaugural Real Estate Business Top 50 Sales Offices report, with submissions now open.
The industry-first report, to be published in the February 2013 issue of Real Estate Business, will rank individual residential real estate offices by sales, revealing which offices are the most productive.
According to Real Estate Business’ editor Simon Parker, the report will be used as a benchmark for the industry, highlighting what it takes to be a top performing sales office in today’s market.
“Those that make the inaugural Real Estate Business Top 50 Sales Offices list will not only gain industry-wide recognition for their efforts, they’ll also reap a significant marketing opportunity,” he said.
Data provided by principals will be independently verified by Real Estate Business’ research partner RP Data, and other independent sources where required.
Submissions for Top 50 Sales Offices ranking close Friday 4 January 2013, and will be based on residential settled sales for the 2011/2012 financial year (ie. the 12 months to June 30, 2012).
