Complying with legislation has become more of a challenge for principals in NSW in recent years, a leading education and professional development firm has said, prompting its decision to enter the NSW market.
Real Estate Excellence has launched into NSW as part of its growth strategy, and to assist the industry further nationally.
Stacey Holt, company director of Real Estate Excellence, said that demand for advisory compliance and support services has increased in the last 12 months from NSW agents and property managers.
“As Real Estate Excellence heads into its fourth year of operation, now is a great time to expand and offer great services nationally,” she said.
Predominately based in Queensland until now, Ms Holt has run property management and sales compliance and best practice education private training sessions in NSW, Victoria and South Australia during the last three years.
“The feedback from agents and property managers generally has consistently been that the law is getting too complicated and some feel like they need a law degree,” she said.
Real Estate Excellence is expanding their current Queensland services into NSW which include advisory support services for day-to-day compliance, risk management, best practice support and education to assist with the myriad of requirements legislatively, plus offering a best practice forms services as part of membership.
Agency and individual membership is available from Real Estate Excellence, while property management training will be offered at least twice a year starting in Sydney; the first training session will be held on 8 May.
