AUSNET Real Estate Network, which incoporates more than 30 independent real estate agencies from across Western Australia, has added long-standing Mandurah agency H & N Perry to its group.

“We are very pleased to be part of AUSNET whose outstanding success is underlined by the fact that it currently holds the Real Estate Institute of WA (REIWA) award for Top Franchise, Marketing & Referral Group in Western Australia,” said Frank Lawrence, sales manager for H & N Perry, which was established in 1960.

“By joining AUSNET, H & N Perry has been able to retain our separate businesses identity yet still be a part of a real estate group that is able to provide training for staff and a positive forum to share ideas and information.

“AUSNET contains a large number of other very successful independent real estate companies and we believe our AUSNET membership will result in an even higher level of service to our clients in the greater Mandurah area,” he said.

Mandurah, located around 60km south of Perth, has also attracted the attention of a number of local real estate groups of late. Both Peards and Realmark have set up new offices in the town during the second half of 2012, while ACTON’s local office reported strong sales recently.

Graeme Hosking, managing director of the AUSNET Real Estate Network, which was ranked seventh in last year's Real Estate Business Top 20 Real Estate Groups list, said that he was delighted that H & N Perry has joined AUSNET.

“The membership of H & N Perry is very timely as there are signs of an improvement in the Mandurah property market, especially in the sub $450,000 price range," he said.

“Membership of AUSNET will allow H & N Perry to harness new marketing and property management systems which will be very beneficial to property owners in the greater Mandurah area.

“The last year has seen a rapid expansion of the AUSNET Network with a number of high profile independent real estate companies joining the network, including the Crawford Realty Group's new Project Marketing Division in Leederville, Cockburn Central Property Executives in Atwell, Residential HQ in Riverton and Pilbara Real Estate in Karratha."
